Who we are & contact
CueCreate Studio is a personal marketing and portfolio site run by its owner, pclshm. There is no company entity behind it. The best way to reach the site owner is via GitHub (github.com/pclshm).
What data we collect
None. This site has no accounts, no forms, no comments, and no analytics. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data. All fonts and assets are bundled with the site and served from the same origin — no requests are made to third-party services when you browse. The hosting provider that delivers the site may process technical data (such as your IP address) as part of serving any website; we do not receive or use that data.
Cookies & local storage
This site sets no cookies. It uses your browser's localStorage for the following keys only. Everything stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

Functional keys are only written if you allow the “Preferences” category in the consent banner. If you decline or later revoke it, those keys are deleted and theme switching simply works in memory for the current session.
Third-party services
None at runtime. Fonts (Plus Jakarta Sans, JetBrains Mono) are self-hosted: they are downloaded once at build time and served from this site's own origin, so your browser never contacts Google Fonts or any other third party. Links to external sites (such as GitHub) leave this site; those sites have their own privacy policies.
Legal basis & consent
Strictly necessary storage (your consent choice) is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in respecting your decision. Functional storage is used only with your consent, given via the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the “cookie settings” button in the footer of every page.
Your rights
Under the EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and receive a portable copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Since this site does not collect any personal data, there is nothing for us to hand over or delete — all stored preferences live solely in your own browser, and you can clear them via the cookie settings or your browser's site-data controls.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever changes in a way that affects privacy (for example, adding analytics), this policy will be updated first and the date above revised. This policy is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.
